No prior experience or special skills required; our training is tailored to meet your needs. We are firm believers that every family can effectively and confidently handle real-life threats once they have honed and evaluated their skills through practical scenarios.

• An evaluation of your existing abilities
• Personalized and practical self-defense lessons catered to your individual or family's unique requirements

• All necessary training equipment provided for your convenience during your visit

What's Excluded...

• Background Check: required for the safety of all participants, limited to once per year - extra $75 if necessary
• Lodging is not included but available upon request
• Transportation is not provided but can be arranged upon request
  

What's Required...

• Once you've completed the registration process, you'll receive a confirmation email containing links to the Liability Waiver and Background Check Form. It is mandatory you submit these documents before you can take part in any training at WOFT.
